Lawsuit claims MoonPie illegally used man's image

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

A new lawsuit filed in Nashville claims MoonPie illegally used a man's childhood photograph.

Bradley Wells claims the company used a picture of him taken more than 30 years ago.

Wells said he was told the picture would be used in literature and was given a few boxes of MoonPies as compensation.

He filed the lawsuit after seeing the picture on packaging and in displays.
