A 46-year-old Franklin woman was arrested early Saturday morning and charged with her third DUI.
Diane Sturgeon, 46, was pulled over near Franklin High School after she was observed driving erratically on Columbia Avenue and Hillsboro Road.
She also rear-ended a car stopped at a red light, police said.
During the traffic stop, officers determined Sturgeon was impaired.
She was taken to Williamson County Medical Center and later booked into the Williamson County jail on a $3,500 bond.
She is scheduled to appear in court on July 19.
