Police: Goodlettsville man shot in buttocks

GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. -

A Goodlettsville man is recovering from gunshot wounds to the buttocks.

The shooting happened Saturday on Witham Court in Goodlettsville, according to Captain Tim Jenkins of Goodlettsville Police Department.

A brief pursuit and crash followed the shooting, and two persons were taken into police custody for questioning.

Capt. Jenkins tells Nashville's News 2 the incident is under investigation, and is possibly drug-related.

Charges are pending.

The wounded man is expected to make a full recovery.
