105 degrees for another record high on this Friday! Just a couple more days of extreme heat and then a bit of relief from the heat and some rain in a more widespread fashion.
This evening the storms are dying out even before sunset. Many left trees down and power outages once again. I don't think we will have as many of these spotty storms on Saturday but there could be a few especially south and west of Nashville.
High temps should soar into the triple digits once again Saturday. I think 104 is possible.
Right now, it looks like Sunday will be mainly dry until the evening hours and still hot. 99 to 100 is possible with humidity continuing to increase.
Be safe and smart out there. The heat is now at its worst! Heat indices are reaching that 110 category.
