Franklin man arrested for 4th DUI

FRANKLIN, Tenn. -

A Franklin man was arrested for his fourth DUI late Wednesday night.

According to authorities, Stephen King was taken into custody after officers spotted him traveling on Liberty Pike, near Hillhaven Lane, without his headlights turned on around 10:30 p.m.

Police determined the 49-year-old man was intoxicated after initiating a stop.

King was charged with driving under the influence and driving on a revoked license, among other charges.
