Olympic skater Scott Hamilton to speak at cancer survivors event

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Olympic gold medalist figure skater Scott Hamilton will be the keynote speaker during an annual cancer survivorship conference at Vanderbilt University.

The event will be held on Saturday at the Vanderbilt Life Center located at 310 25th Avenue South.

Hamiliton, who is also a cancer and pituitary brain tumor survivor, is scheduled to speak beginning at 12:30 p.m. followed by a performance by country artist Kathy Mattea.
