Clarksville police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.
Samara Whitehead was reported missing early Thursday morning after family members flagged down officers.
Whitehead's family said the 14-year-old left her home on Kraft Street after a family argument.
Authorities said the teen made statements about harming herself before leaving.
Whitehead previously ran away from her home earlier this month.
She was found in Oak Grove, Kentucky in the company of 25-year-old Andrew Meshach.
Whitehead was last seen wearing blue jeans, a green sweater and black shoes.
She is five feet, seven inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds. She also has a piercing on the right side of her nose and lower right lip.
