Metro police arrested a man minutes after he robbed a victim at gunpoint on Tuesday night.
The 30-year-old victim reported he was sitting in the passenger seat of his girlfriend's car at 24th Avenue North when parolee Terrell Stevenson walked up to the vehicle, armed with a pistol and demanded money.
The man complied and Stevenson fled the scene on foot toward Batavia Street.
The 22-year-old robber was located a few short minutes later at nearby Booker and Lena streets.
The victim identified Stevenson as the man who robbed him.
Stevenson is charged with aggravated robbery and remains jailed in lieu of an $80,000 bond.
Authorities said Stevenson was also convicted of robbery in February 2011.
