NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
Nashville fire crews battled an apartment fire Monday afternoon in Bellevue.
The fire broke out at an apartment at the intersection of Spring Creek Drive and Mountain Valley Drive in the Madison at Ridgelake Apartments off Old Hickory Boulevard around 12:45 p.m.
Initial crews reported visible flames coming from the unit, which sustained significant damage.
The Madison at Ridgelake Apartments has caught fire three times in recent years with the most recent fire last October.
The two-alarm blaze on October 24 damaged three units.
The cause of Monday's fire is under investigation.
