NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
Firefighters found a fully engulfed pickup truck parked inside a building early Monday morning.
A passerby on 18th Avenue North at Herman Street west of downtown Nashville spotted the smoke just before 4 a.m. and called police.
Firefighters arrived five minutes later and saw smoke coming from the side of the unmarked building.
Crews cut open a gate to get inside and found the pickup truck on fire.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames and cut a hole in the roof to help the heat and smoke escape.
Fire officials told Nashville's News 2 they are trying to find the owner of the building.
The structure suffered little fire damage.
No one was injured.
The investigation is ongoing.
