The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation on Thursday arrested two men on child rape charges in separate cases after they were indicted by the Trousdale County grand jury earlier this week.
Matthew Lynn, 24, of Lebanon, was indicted on three counts of rape of a child.
During a traffic stop in Sumner County in March, sheriff's deputies discovered nude photos of an underage girl on his cell phone.
Lynn later confessed to multiple instances of sexual contact with the 12-year-old victim in Trousdale County in 2011, the TBI said.
He was arrested and booked into the Trousdale County jail on a $75,000 bond.
Robin Newman, 34, of Hartsville, was indicted on two counts of rape of a child and two counts of incest.
According to the TBI, the sexual contact occurred with the underage female victim in Trousdale County in 2011.
Newman is also being held in the Trousdale County jail on a $75,000 bond.
