NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
The Mavericks will headline Nashville's annual Fourth of July celebration at Riverfront Park.
In addition to a performance by the country band, musical guests Craig Morgan and Sarah Darling will also take to the stage, while the Nashville Symphony will perform during the firework display.
More than 100,000 people are expected to attend the event.
Last year the celebration generated more than $5.5 million in tax revenue and over half of the areas hotel rooms were sold out.
This year's firework display is said to be bigger and last longer than in years past.
The event is free and open to the public.
