As of the end of yesterday we are 5.84" below normal in rainfall for the year, and 2.46" below normal for the month so far.
Although this is no where near the problem we had back in the summer of 2008, water tables and area lakes continue to be low.
I know from experience that some lawns and gardens would love a little "free water" from the sky.
