A 26-year-old man was killed in a single car collision in Sumner County on Tuesday evening.
Robert Baker was traveling on State Highway 174 around 4:30 p.m. when the crash occurred.
Officials said he was traveling east on the roadway, near the intersection of Mills Lane when for an unknown reason the vehicle left the road before striking a mailbox and traveling down an embankment and rolling several times.
Authorities said Baker was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash and that drugs and alcohol did not appear to play a role in the crash.
