Man recovers after being struck by car

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

A pedestrian is recovering after a car stuck him early Sunday morning.

The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. at Hermitage and Decatur avenues.

The victim, whose identity was not immediately released, was transported to an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Police said they believe the act may have been intentional.

The investigation is ongoing.
