Father's Day: The northern half of Middle Tennessee including Nashville has about a 40% chance for seeing a few scattered t'showers today as a front tries to drift into southern Kentucky before returning northward as warm front.
It won't be an all day rain, with any individual t'shower lasting an hour or less, followed by some steamy sunshine.
Highs in the north half should remain in the upper 80s.
In the south half of Middle Tennessee, scattered t'shower chances are reduced to only 10-20% with highs in the low 90s.
Later this week, temperatures should reach the mid 90s with the heat index 100° or above as a southerly flow really increases the humidity.
