NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - An 80-year-old man already jailed in Giles County on three sex charges against the Amish community has been indicted on 10 more similar charges.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Wednesday that Maurice Dale "Jimmy" McAllister was indicted on the additional charges by the Giles County Grand Jury.
Investigators said his 13 charges stem from attacks on four females and one male over the course of seven years. The five victims were between 12 and 22 years old.
McAllister is held under $2.2 million bond.
