
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) - Chattanooga police have arrested 41 persons on gambling charges after serving a search warrant on a business.
Officers said Friday the special investigations unit found the suspects involved in illegal poker games Thursday night at the Poker Depot on Lee Highway. Thirty-nine were issued misdemeanor citations and released; two were jailed.
Police seized four poker tables, miscellaneous gambling and drug paraphernalia, an undisclosed amount of cash and one .22 caliber pistol with four bullets.
