I-24 traffic stop yields 25 lbs. marijuana

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -

Clarksville police arrested a Texas man Thursday night after finding 25 pounds of marijuana in his vehicle during a traffic stop on Interstate 24.

Miguel Zamarron-Flores, of Carrollton, Texas, was pulled over for speeding on I-24 near mile marker eight in Montgomery County.

A K-9 detected the marijuana which was later found wrapped in black duct tape inside a black bag.

Zamarron-Flores, 36, was charged with possession for resale and booked into the Montgomery County jail.

His bond was set at $110,000.
