2 men arrested for printing, passing counterfeit money

GALLATIN, Tenn. -

Police arrested two men accused of printing and passing counterfeit money in Gallatin.

Michael Scarboro, 32, and Bobby Brickey, 27, were both taken into custody on Monday after they passed fake $20 bills at the Sudden Service convenience store earlier this month.

The pair is said to have used the counterfeit bills on two separate occasions at the service station on the morning of June 4.

Both men are charged with forgery.

The investigation is ongoing.

Additional charges may be pending.
