1 found shot inside Goodlettsville motel

GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. -

Metro police are investigating a shooting at a north Nashville motel early Tuesday morning.

Police told Nashville's News 2 a man was shot in the stomach before 6:30 a.m. at the Nashboro Motel on Dickerson Pike in Goodlettsville.

Police are now looking for a black man and white woman traveling in a 2000 black Ford Focus with Tennessee license plate No. 081-MGD.

The condition of the victim was not immediately known although his injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.

No other information was immediately released.
