2012 CMA Music Fest Performers


LP Field Concert Stage

The Nightly Concerts on the LP Field Concert Stage feature the biggest names in Country Music, emerging stars, and surprise guests. Four-day ticket holders can get a front-row shot from the popular Photo Line, which is in constant motion in front of the stage during the performances.

Pre-show activities opening night begin at 7:30 p.m. and include a Music City welcome from Nashville Mayor Karl Dean, and the presentation of the Stars and Stripes by the Marines of Recruiting Station Nashville.

David Nail will perform the title track of his album The Sound of a Million Dreams with the Nashville School of the Arts Chamber Choir (under the direction of Walter Bitner).  The Nashville School of the Arts Chamber Choir will also perform the national anthem.

In addition, there will be several acts performing acoustic sets each night. Those artists include Lauren Alaina, Bill Anderson, Randy Houser, Love and Theft, Kip Moore, Kellie Pickler, Gwen Sebastian and Steel Magnolia.

Hosts for the Nightly Concerts include CMT's Evan Farmer and Melissa Peterman and GAC's Storme Warren.

The Nightly Concerts at LP Field feature state-of-the-art production and fireworks at the conclusion of each show.

Chevrolet Riverfront Stage at Riverfront Park

CMA Award-winning, multi-Platinum recording duo Montgomery Gentry will kick off four days of concerts at the Chevrolet Riverfront Stage beginning Thursday at 10 a.m.

The Chevrolet Riverfront Stage, located at Riverfront Park, is free and open to the public and will feature many of Country Music's legends and hottest rising stars over the course of the Festival.

Admittance to the Chevrolet Riverfront Stage is free, but four-day ticket holders have an exclusive 45-minute, early-entrance window before the gates open to the general public.

Artists performing at the Chevrolet Riverfront Stage include Wade Bowen, Lee Brice, Laura Bell Bundy, Craig Campbell, Edens Edge, Brett Eldredge, Colt Ford, Gloriana, JT Hodges, Steve Holy, Casey James, Jana Kramer, Larry Gatlin & the Gatlin Brothers, Tracy Lawrence, LoCash Cowboys, Lonestar, Love and Theft, Dustin Lynch, Neal McCoy, Jo Dee Messina, Kip Moore, Craig Morgan, Lorrie Morgan, David Nail, Heidi Newfield, Jerrod Niemann, the Oak Ridge Boys, James Otto, Randy Rogers Band, Thomas Rhett, Sawyer Brown, Corey Smith, Sunny Sweeney, THE FARM, Josh Thompson, Mel Tillis, Uncle Kracker, Phil Vassar, James Wesley, and Darryl Worley.

The concerts are hosted by a variety of broadcast personalities including Big D & Bubba, Premiere Radio's Blair Garner, WSIX's Billy Greenwood, "CMT Country Countdown's" Lon Helton, WKDF's Stew James, WSM-FM's Jeff Lyon, WSM-FM's Rick Marino, WKRN's Neil Orne, CMT's Samantha Stephens, and WKDF's Becca Walls.
