Young Broadcasting of Nashville LLC, Licensee of Station WKRN-TV, Nashville, Tennessee, has a career opportunity for the following position:
A Digital Account Executive to sell to local businesses in the Nashville, TN DMA.
This is a great opportunity for a proven, digital, sales professional. Candidate must have successful experience selling Internet, mobile and other digital related products.
This is an outside sales position, but it does require a lot of telephone time in the office as well.
We offer a positive environment and strong team atmosphere along with a lot of unique and innovative products to sell.
Responsibilities include:
• Prospecting new business from the local DMA as well as outside our area.
• Develop and present advertising proposals recommending strategies for response and ROI.
• Provide excellent customer service, including the analysis of monthly customer reports summarizing campaign delivery.
• Accountable for monthly/quarterly/annual revenue budgets
• Team player who can work in a group setting with many peers who cross-sell products
4-year college degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years experience presenting and selling new media products at a direct level to local businesses as well as advertising agencies is preferred. Other applicants with traditional media sales experience will be considered, but must have a passion for new media.
Traits:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, organized, natural multi-tasker, pleasantly persistent, self-motivated, proficient with computer, mobile, presentation software.
