The six-year-old died last December.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
A man accused of neglecting a six-year-old fire victim last December is expected to appear in court Wednesday morning.
Travis Wright is charged with criminal homicide for allegedly leaving Cortaviz Green home alone in an east Nashville house that later caught fire.
Police said the 29-year-old left the child alone to go to work. Minutes later a wall heater caught fire and the flames spread to a nearby couch.
The boy's mother, LaTorya Ussery, told police she had left her son with Wright so she could get a place in line at the Last Minute Toy Store to pickup Christmas gifts.
According to the investigators, Green was alone in the house for 20 to 30 minutes before fire crews arrived.
He was rushed to a local hospital where he died of apparent smoke inhalation.
Wright is expected to appear before a Davidson County grand jury at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Wright has previous convictions in Nashville for cocaine possession and theft.
