ABCNews.com: Best Buy to Close Stores, Slash Jobs

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Best Buy in Antioch is one of 50 stores slated to close nationwide, the company announced Saturday.

Best Buy, based in Richfield, Minnesota, announced the store on Hickory Hollow Parkway would close permanently on May 12.

The Antioch store was closed Saturday and will reopen Sunday for final sales, according to a press release.

According to ABC News, the retailer reported a $1.7 billion loss for its fourth quarter ending March 3.
