Clarksville home found riddled with bullet holes

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -

Clarksville police are investigating after finding the front door to a home riddled with bullet holes and blood inside the residence but no shooting victim.

Officers responded to a shots fired call at the home located at 1009 Buck Drive around 1:30 a.m. Friday.

Officers made forced entry into the residence and found the home unoccupied.

Blood was found inside and there were bullet holes visible in interior walls.

After contacting neighbors, it was determined the house had been occupied earlier in the night.

Police said they have identified the home's residents but had not located any victims or suspects.

The investigation is ongoing.
