NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
Misdemeanor charges against Franklin Road Academy's former head football coach were dismissed on Wednesday.
David Pack was taken into police custody during a prostitution sting earlier this month at a motel located at 3200 Dickerson Pike.
Despite not appearing in court, Pack's lawyer Worrick Robinson told the judge his client had already completed a one day program in Nashville called John School.
The program counsels men arrested for attempting to hire prostitutes.
"I can tell you that he is glad to have this part over with," Robinson told Nashville's News 2.
Robinson said Pack is continuing to work to rebuild his life.
Pack, 49, resigned from his position at the school following his arrest.
