A Hendersonville man was arrested Thursday on charges he schemed more than $1 million from at least dozen victims.
Charles Denney was indicted by a Sumner County grand jury on multiple counts of theft.
The indictment charges Denney, 28, with six counts of theft over $60,000, four counts of theft over $10,000,and two counts of theft over $1,000.
The investigation to date has revealed an alleged loss of $1.3 million to 12 identified victims.
Authorities said the investigation is ongoing and more charges are possible.
