Charter Communications Notice - WKRN, Nashville News, Nashville Weather and Sports

Effective March 1, 2012, customers in the Columbia, Manchester, Cookeville and surrounding areas who use TV (QAM) tuners/devices not connected to a Charter digital receiver may need to set the auto program or auto scan on their television in order to receive all Basic channels.

A recent upgrade to Charter's system network has necessitated revision of some channel settings, requiring a customer's TV tuner/device to auto scan in order to receive certain network.

Customers will be notified about the change in a message in their Charter statement and information regarding the changes will also be displayed on the Weather Channel message crawl at the bottom of their screen.
