WGNSRadio: MTSU student alleges she was raped

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -

Police in Murfreesboro are investigating a Middle Tennessee State University student's claims she was raped.

The 20-year-old student told police she was raped by a 23-year-old man last weekend.

Police said they interviewed the suspect at the police department but did not immediately make an arrest.

The incident allegedly occurred at an apartment complex located on MTSU Boulevard in Murfreesboro.
