Longtime Nashville radio disc jockey David Hall passed away over the weekend, according to a report on Lightning 100's Web site.

During his career, Hall spent time working at WKDF-FM and WGFX before he came to work at Lightning 100 in 1993.

The Kentucky native most recently hosted, "David Hall Rocks Y'all," a weekday afternoon show which aired from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Hall's cause of death was not immediately released.

Arrangements for Hall were incomplete.
