Semi-truck crash closes Bedford Co. highway

SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. -

State Route 16 in Bedford County is shutdown Friday following a crash involving a semi-truck.

The crash was reported at mile marker 14 around 7 a.m.

The roadway isn't expected to reopen until 2 p.m.

Both directions of traffic are being diverted to alternate routes.
