MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -
Authorities are investigating an armed robbery Thursday afternoon at a credit union in Murfreesboro.
Murfreesboro police spokesperson Kyle Evans said a gunman dressed in camouflage clothing entered the Cornerstone Financial branch located at 130 West Northfield Boulevard off Lebanon Road just before 1 p.m.
He displayed a handgun and demanded money.
The teller complied and the suspect fled the bank on foot and left the parking lot in a gold-colored sedan.
Additional information about the suspect's description was not released.
It was also not known how much money the suspect took.
No one was injured.
