LEBANON, Tenn. -

Construction on the new Amazon facility is now underway in nearby Lebanon.

Photos from The Wilson Post show heavy machinery and an estimated 50 construction workers moving dirt on land off State Route 840 and Central Pike in Wilson County.

Once the site work is finished, construction will begin on the one million square foot facility.

Land is expected to be prepped and ready for the next phase in about 90 days.

The new center will bring as many as 500 jobs to the region.
