Kid Rock performs free acoustic set at Tootsie's

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

The crowd at Tootsie's Orchid Lounge got a special treat Monday night when Kid Rock performed a free acoustic set.

The singer-songwriter jumped on stage around 11 p.m. and performed for about four hours.

No one at Tootsie's knew Kid Rock was going to drop by the Lower Broad honky-tonk or that he was going to perform.

The Grammy nominee told the crowd he just wanted to spend time hanging out at his favorite honkey tonk.
