NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
Metro police are investigating what caused a driver to crash an SUV into a south Nashville laundromat.
Just after 5 a.m. Monday, an SUV crashed through the front window of Linbar Laundry located on Linbar Drive at Wallace Road.
Witnesses told police they saw someone running from the scene into an adjacent apartment complex immediately after the crash
Police are trying to determine who owns the SUV.
The front window was broken and the interior walls suffered extensive damage.
No one was inside the business at the time of the accident.
