
Detectives in Nashville are working to identify the gunman who robbed a local GameStop store Thursday evening.
Metro police said the suspect entered the store located in the 5700 block of Nolensville Pike just before 6 p.m., shopped and attempted to make a purchase.
After his transaction failed, he produced a handgun and demanded cash from the register before fleeing in a vehicle parked nearby.
The suspect is described as a white man with short black hair, a mustache and goatee with the word "Memphis" tattooed on his right hand.
At the time of the robbery, he wore black sweats, possibly Ecko brand.
He is also strongly suspected of committing another business robbery in south Nashville and one in Brentwood.
Anyone with information on the suspect is urged to call Metro police or Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
Citizens can also send an electronic tip to Crime Stoppers by texting the word "CASH" along with their message to 274637 (CRIMES).
