Wynonna Judd performs for sick children in Nashville

Wynonna Judd performed holiday songs for children with life-threatening medical conditions Wednesday at Nashville's Belle Meade Plantation.

The performance was part of Macy's third annual Believe campaign.

During the campaign, the department store donates $1 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation for each letter to Santa Claus that is mailed from one of its in-store letterboxes.

Macy's has agreed to donate up to $1 million this year.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses.

Santa was also on hand for Judd's performance before flying off to the Macy's store at the Green Hills Mall to greet children.
