NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Prosecutors dropped charges against Tennessee Titans player Kenny Britt on Tuesday morning.

Britt had previously been charged with two misdemeanors for providing false information on his driver's license application.

The Titans player has been involved in multiple incidents with police since he was drafted by Tennessee in 2009.

In June, he was arrested in his home state of New Jersey, one day after pleading guilty to careless driving charges stemming from an arrest in his hometown earlier this year.
