NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Metro police have issued arrest warrants for a woman believed to have been involved in three separate shoplifting incidents at a Target last month.

Denise Colon allegedly stole clothing and electronics among other items from the store located at 6814 Charlotte Pike.

The 26-year-old is said to have struck a store employee who attempted to stop her as she exited the store without paying on September 16.

After the confrontation, Colon fled the store, leaving behind a small child who was picked up by an unidentified female accomplice.

Police said Colon fled the scene in a silver four-door SUV in two of the incidents.

The other two incidents occurred on September 3 and September 14.

Colon will face theft, attempted theft and assault charges upon her arrest.

Anyone with information on Colon's whereabouts is urged to contact police at 615-862-7385 or Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
