Bar padlocked by police reopens

Posted:

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A popular Nashville nightclub reopened over the weekend after being declared a public nuisance and padlocked by police.

Rado's, formerly Silverado's, was temporarily padlocked after the club became the persistent site of fighting, quarreling, assaults and breaches of peace.

On Friday, a judge signed an order, documenting that the bar's owners had made the required changes required before reopening.

Under the new changes, the nightspot must close at 1 a.m. on the weekends and Midnight during the weekdays and there will be no "Happy Hour" specials after 11 p.m., among other changes.

Guns are also not permitted on the premises.
