Bill Ragan Roofing Co. has been in business for 21 years.  We are licensed, bonded and insured.  We perform residential and commercial repairs and roof replacements, which includes metal roofs, shingled roofs, and membrane roofs.  Our workmanship is of the highest quality that we stand 100 percent behind.  We offer a minimum 10-year warranty on our workmanship.

We are also leak specialist, including chimney and windowsill leaks.  If you have a tricky leak that no one else has been able to find, we'll not only find it, but also come up with a solution to fixing the leak.

The owners of the company are highly experienced roofers that bid all roofing jobs.  There are no high-pressure sales people involved.  You will get an honest evaluation and a fair price.  You pay when the job is finished and you are satisfied.

We ONLY hand-drive shingles.  We never have and never will use an air gun.  Someone using an air gun on a shingled roof causes 60 percent of our roof repairs.
