NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Those concerned about the weekend's steady rains can rest assured.

River and waterway levels across Middle Tennessee are nowhere near the records they reached during the historic May flood of 2010.

As of Tuesday morning, the Cumberland River in Nashville stood at 18.24 feet.  Flood stage is 40 feet.

In Franklin, the Harpeth River was 5.15 feet.  Flood stage there is 30 feet.

The Harpeth River was even lower in Bellevue at 2.75 feet.  Flood stage there is 20 feet.

The rain is expected to continue through the day Tuesday.  It will be chilly with highs only near 60 degrees.
