Holly Bobo, 20, went missing in April from her home in Parsons, Tennessee.DULUTH, Minn. – A convicted sex offender arrested this week in Minnesota will be questioned in the case of missing nursing student Holly Bobo.
Victor George Wall, 44, was found sleeping at his girlfriend's home in Duluth on Thursday and taken into custody.
He was convicted of child molestation in Washington state in 1998 and moved to Perry County, in Tennessee, in 2007.
His last known address was in Linden, not far from the home near Parsons where Bobo lives.
The 20-year-old was last seen on the morning of April 13 outside the home being led into the woods by a man wearing camouflage.
As part of the Bobo investigation, authorities began trying to locate all registered sex offenders but could not find Wall, who is listed on the state's Sex Offender Register as a violent offender.
The Perry County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for his arrest earlier this week.
Authorities previously said they do not have any evidence linking Wall to the Bobo case but none-the-less want to talk to him.
He will be extradited back to Tennessee.
