Lawrenceburg man charged with inappropriately touching teen

Larry Comer was arrested Tuesday and charged with sexual battery by an authority figure.

LAWRENCEBURG, Tenn. – Investigators with the Lawrenceburg Police Department on Tuesday arrested a 43-year-old Lawrenceburg man on charges he inappropriately touched a teenage girl.

Larry James Comer was taken into custody and charged with sexual battery by an authority figure.

He was booked into the Lawrence County jail on $10,000 bond.

Additional information about the alleged sexual encounter was not released.

Comer is scheduled to appear in a Lawrence County courtroom next month.
