Former Titans' player Haynesworth charged with sexual abuse
WASHINGTON (AP) – Former Titans' player Albert Haynesworth has been charged with misdemeanor sexual abuse.
A grand jury in Washington indicted Haynesworth on the charge Tuesday.
The 29-year-old Haynesworth is accused of fondling a server while at the rooftop lounge of a hotel in northwest Washington in February, sliding a credit card down the front of his server's dress and fondling her breast.
If convicted, he faces up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
Haynesworth currently plays for the Washington Redskins.
