PARSONS, Tenn. – It's been nearly a week since 20-year-old nursing student Holly Bobo went missing from her family's home in Darden, just outside of Parsons, about 100 miles southwest of Nashville.

She was last seen by her brother, being led into the woods by an unidentified man wearing camouflage.

On Tuesday, the Tennessee Sheriff's Association increased the reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for her disappearance to $80,000.

In Decatur County, the investigation continued.

Authorities canvassed five roads leading to and from Bobo's home Tuesday morning and spent the rest of the day continuing to gather information and follow up on leads in the case.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has never identified a suspect but suggested early on in the investigation Bobo's brother, Clint, wasn't involved.

They changed their story slightly on Monday and said they not ruling "anyone" out.

Initial reports were that Clint Bobo watched as the man "dragged" his sister away.

Investigators later said he watched as she was "led" away by a man he initially thought was her boyfriend.  Clint Bobo told police it was after he went outside and saw blood that he immediately called police.

Still, the initial story has caused rumors to fly.

One post on Twitter read, "I think the authorities should focus more on Holly Bobo's brother, Clint… Very strange, contradicting story."

Country singer and former "Nashville Star" contestant Whitney Duncan has been outspoken in the days since her cousin's disappearance.

"There was some false information out there which is definitely really hurtful to the family…," Duncan told ABC's Good Morning America in an exclusive interview, "thankfully that has been cleared up."

Duncan also turned to Twitter to help clear her cousin's name.

"My cousin Clint, Holly's brother, is not a suspect and I'm sick of people saying that he is," she posted.  "He has been cleared for good reason.  For people who are going through such a hard time, that's the last things we want to hear."

The TBI believes whoever is responsible for Bobo's disappearance is from the Decatur County area but has been tightlipped beyond that.

Anyone with information on Bobo's whereabouts is urged to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
