According to police records, charges were filed after Tyler Mook allegedly tried to run his wife's vehicle off the road and deputies had been called to the home on Old Nashville Dirt Road the couple shared.

Shelley Mook had also reported two incidents of vandalism at the Meadow Drive home where she lived following her divorce.

Charges were never filed by a neighbor saw Tyler Mook driving up and down the street before one of the incidents and suspected he committed the act, the paper reported.

Shelley Mook, a 25-year-old teacher at Harris Middle School, was last seen leaving the school around 3 p.m. last Monday, February 28.

Though cell phone records, detectives believe she then went to her Tyler Mook's home to drop off their six-year-old daughter.

Mook was supposed to meet a maintenance man at her new apartment in Murfreesboro later on Monday afternoon, according to the landlord, but never showed up.

Her car, a white, late model Pontiac Grand Prix was found burned out off U.S. 41A in Murfreesboro later that night.

Friday, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation agents obtained a search warrant and brought a mobile crime lab to Tyler Mook's home.

Bedford County Sheriff Randall Boyce told the paper he is "cooperating some."  He has not been named a suspect.

Shelley Mook's family is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to her return.
