TULLAHOMA, Tenn. (AP) - Five people have been arrested on federal charges of distributing crack cocaine in Tullahoma.

Police said Wednesday the five are suspected of transporting large amounts of cocaine from Chattanooga to Tullahoma.

Additional indictments are expected.

They were identified as 34-year-old Tommy Young, 27-year-old Reckedia Reed, 29-year-old Elizabeth Gladden, 29-year-old Kristy Williams, all of Chattanooga, and 30-year-old Cedric Sumlin of Memphis.

Police said 24 people have been convicted of federal drug charges as a result of a three year investigation by Tullahoma officers and the FBI.

In a news release, police said a Nashville drug organization originally responsible for supplying crack cocaine to dealers in Tullahoma has been dismantled.
