NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The two men accused of killing a 39-year-old mother in her Hermitage home have pleaded not guilty.
Veronica Bozza's boyfriend found her shot to death in her New John Hagar Road home on August 29.
Police said her estranged husband, Timothy Bozza, 41, helped plan the murder while Cory Cotham, 37, pulled the trigger, shooting her multiple times.
Police said Veronica Bozza dropped off the couple's eight-year-old son to her estranged husband at a parking lot on Thompson Lane, and he took the boy to his Robertson County home, while Cotham committed the murder.
Both Cotham and Bozza are charged with first degree murder.
They entered their not guilty plea in court on Wednesday.
